Wonder Publisher AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern use of the Rosanix website and Wonder Publisher AI. By downloading, connecting an account, or using the product, you agree to these Terms. Effective date: 7 August 2026.

2. Operator and contact

Wonder Publisher AI is operated by Rosanix in Australia. Contact: support@rosanix.com.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must have authority to connect and manage every Page, channel, profile, organization, or account selected in the application.

4. Service description and product status

Wonder Publisher AI is desktop publishing-workflow software for supported social platforms. Features may include account discovery, metadata preparation, scheduling, queues, AI assistance, publishing, status monitoring, comments, and analytics where APIs permit.

Availability depends on provider approval, scopes, account type, API limits, app-review status, device state, and product version. Features marked beta, preview, unavailable, or approval required may be limited.

5. Connected accounts

• You authorize access through official OAuth flows.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct destination and reviewing permissions.
• You must not connect an account you do not have authority to manage.
• You must keep your device and connected accounts secure.
• You may disconnect access at any time, but platform-hosted content may remain until removed on that platform.

6. Your content and licence to process

You retain ownership of your media and text. You grant Rosanix a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit content only as necessary to provide the action you request, such as generating metadata, scheduling, uploading, or publishing to a selected account.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, music licences, releases, and consents required for the content.

7. Publishing authorization

By selecting Publish Now, Schedule, Upload as Draft, enabling One Touch automation, or confirming a similar action, you authorize Wonder Publisher AI to transmit the selected content and metadata to the selected destination.

You remain responsible for destination selection, privacy level, caption, declarations, timing, and compliance. The application must not be used to bypass platform restrictions.

8. AI-assisted content

AI-generated titles, captions, hashtags, translations, scores, and replies may contain errors or inappropriate content. AI output is a recommendation, not professional advice or guaranteed platform optimization. You must review it before use.

9. Scheduling and automation

Scheduled and automated actions depend on the device, local file availability, account connection, token validity, platform availability, rate limits, and provider permissions. You must configure automation deliberately and monitor outcomes. Rosanix does not guarantee that any scheduled post will be published at an exact time.

10. Third-party platform rules

You must comply with all applicable terms, community standards, developer policies, music rules, commercial-content rules, privacy settings, and rate limits of Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other connected provider.

Third-party platforms may reject, remove, restrict, demonetize, or change content independently of Rosanix.

11. Prohibited use

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Spam, artificial engagement, account manipulation, or circumvention of provider review or rate limits.
• Unauthorized account access, impersonation, credential theft, or malware.
• Publishing personal information without lawful authority.
• Reverse engineering or security testing except where permitted by law and conducted responsibly.
• Using automation in a way that violates provider terms or applicable law.

12. Security and local data

The application uses local storage and operating-system security features. You are responsible for device access, backups, workspace media, and protecting any exported diagnostic bundle. Report suspected vulnerabilities to support@rosanix.com.

13. Fees and future subscriptions

Current or future features may be offered under free, trial, paid, credit-based, or business plans. Pricing, limits, renewals, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before a charge is accepted. No payment obligation is created solely by these Terms.

14. Availability, updates, and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, provider-policy, technical, legal, or business reasons. Provider API changes can alter functionality without prior notice. Secure updates may be offered, and users may need to update to continue using certain integrations.

15. No guarantee of publication or results

Publication may fail because of permissions, token expiry, account restrictions, provider outages, content rules, media format, processing failures, audit status, queue state, internet connectivity, or API changes. Analytics, SEO suggestions, reach, engagement, revenue, and approval outcomes are not guaranteed.

16. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wonder Publisher AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian consumer protections.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosanix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from third-party platform actions, user content, incorrect destination selection, account restrictions, lost files, or service interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum remedy permitted by law.

18. Responsibility for claims

You are responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your content, lack of authority, infringement, unlawful use, or violation of provider terms, to the extent permitted by law.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the product and disconnect accounts at any time. Rosanix may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address security and provider-policy risks.

20. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia, subject to mandatory consumer and privacy rights in the user’s jurisdiction. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith contact at support@rosanix.com.

21. Changes to these Terms

Updated Terms will display a new effective date. Continued use after an update means acceptance where permitted by law.
