Wonder Publisher AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Wonder Publisher AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement and must comply with the rules of each connected platform.

3. Product Status

Wonder Publisher AI is under active development. Features may be incomplete, changed, suspended, or removed.

4. Account Connections

Users authorize connections through supported OAuth flows and are responsible for ensuring they have authority to manage connected Pages, channels, profiles, and accounts.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for account selection, content review, platform compliance, local file management, and lawful use.

6. Ownership of Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content.

7. License to Process Content

Users grant Rosanix limited permission to process content only as required to provide requested publishing features.

8. Authorization to Publish

By clicking a publish action, enabling automation, or scheduling content, the user authorizes the application to send content to the selected account.

9. Platform Rules

Users must follow third-party platform rules, API requirements, account policies, content policies, and permission requirements.

10. Prohibited Use

• Illegal content
• Copyright infringement
• Fraud
• Spam
• Platform manipulation
• Impersonation
• Malicious software
• Unauthorized account access
• Circumventing platform restrictions
• Violating third-party terms

11. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their devices, platform accounts, login sessions, and access to local workspace files.

12. AI-Generated Metadata

AI-generated titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and tags may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

13. Scheduling and Automation

Scheduled and automated actions depend on selected account permissions, token validity, device state, platform availability, and product support.

14. Third-Party Services

Wonder Publisher AI may interact with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and Cloudflare. Rosanix does not control those services.

15. Availability and Changes

Features may change based on testing, platform requirements, API changes, product development, and operational needs.

16. Beta and Development Features

Development features may be experimental, incomplete, or available only to limited users or accounts.

17. No Guarantee of Publication

Publishing may fail because of platform outages, token expiry, missing permissions, account restrictions, video format, file size, processing failure, API changes, app review status, development mode restrictions, or third-party policy enforcement.

18. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where required to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or enforce these terms.

19. Disclaimers

Wonder Publisher AI is provided with careful development effort, but without promises that every workflow will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accepted by third-party platforms.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rosanix is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the product.

21. Indemnity

Users agree to be responsible for claims arising from their content, account connections, platform violations, or misuse of the product.

22. Governing Principles

These terms are interpreted according to principles of fairness, user responsibility, product transparency, and applicable law.

23. Changes to Terms

Rosanix may update these terms as the product, platform requirements, or legal requirements change.
