Guidance for Wonder Publisher AI setup, connected accounts, storage workspaces, publishing workflows, and troubleshooting.
General flow: Install, connect account, choose storage root, select platform account, add video to Inbox, detect video, generate SEO, test connection, run workflow, and monitor progress.
Public downloads are not yet available. Installation guidance will depend on the release channel when broader distribution is ready.
Use the supported Google OAuth flow to authorize YouTube channel access. Choose the intended Google account and verify channel-specific permissions.
Use the supported Meta OAuth flow to connect authorized Facebook assets. Capabilities may depend on app mode, permissions, account access, and review status.
After Meta authorization, select the Facebook Page you have permission to manage. Confirm Page access before testing a workflow.
Linked Instagram professional accounts may be discovered through connected Facebook Pages when permissions and account configuration allow it.
Add accounts through the relevant OAuth flow. Browser sessions may reuse the currently logged-in account, so use Log into another account when available.
A single root folder is selected for all platforms. Example: Wonder Publisher with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok folders.
Wonder Publisher/ |-- Facebook/ |-- Instagram/ |-- YouTube/ |-- TikTok/
Account workspaces may include Inbox, Processing, Queued, Uploading, Published, Failed, and Archive folders.
Copy or export new videos into the account-specific Inbox folder so Wonder Publisher AI can detect or manually select them.
Detection checks for available media in the selected account workspace. File availability and format can affect detection.
Manual selection helps choose a specific local video file when automatic detection is not appropriate.
AI SEO may generate titles, captions, descriptions, hashtags, and tags. Review all metadata before publishing.
Validate account access, selected Page, permissions, video file, and API reachability before running the real workflow.
Long video workflows depend on Page access, file format, processing status, and relevant Meta permissions.
Text post workflows use prepared caption or message content and selected Page access.
Scheduling stores intended publishing times and queue state. Platform support may vary.
The queue organizes prepared items, validation state, upload progress, and failures that need attention.
History may show status, progress, errors, returned IDs, permalink URLs, and completed activity.
Disconnecting one account should not remove every account in a multi-account store. Accounts are identified by platform user IDs and account IDs.
Users can remove Wonder Publisher AI from Facebook or Meta Business Integrations. Reconnect after permission changes.
See the public Data Deletion Instructions page for disconnecting accounts, revoking platform access, and submitting deletion requests.
For Facebook Reels, check Page access, Meta permissions, app mode, old tokens, selected Page, returned permalink, Page visibility, and processing delays. Test Upload validates account connection, access token, target account, permissions, selected video file, file availability, and API reachability. Test Upload does not publish content. Run Workflow performs the real publishing action after validation.
