User control and deletion
Wonder Publisher AI Data Deletion
Last updated: 7 August 2026
Data deletion overview
Users can disconnect platform accounts, revoke third-party access, clear local application data, delete workspace media, and request deletion of eligible data controlled by Rosanix.
1. Disconnect and clear credentials inside Wonder Publisher AI
- Open Settings → Security & Privacy or Accounts.
- Select the connected provider or asset.
- Choose Disconnect, Disconnect selected, or Disconnect all.
- Confirm deletion of local OAuth credentials.
- Restart the application if requested.
This removes the selected local credential/session record. It does not remove unrelated platform accounts, publishing history, or workspace media unless the user selects those separate options.
2. Revoke access at the provider
| Provider | Typical revocation location |
|---|---|
| Meta / Facebook / Instagram | Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or Meta Business settings. |
| Google / YouTube | Google Account → Third-party connections. Remove Wonder Publisher AI to revoke future Google / YouTube API access. |
| TikTok | TikTok Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services, where available. |
| LinkedIn Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, where available. |
Provider menus can change. Consult the provider’s official help centre if the path differs.
3. Delete local application data
Use the separate controls in Settings → Security & Privacy:
- Clear credentials: removes encrypted account credentials.
- Clear queue and history: removes local publishing records.
- Reset settings: removes local preferences.
- Delete workspace media: deletes media only after a separate explicit confirmation.
Uninstalling the application may not remove every user-created workspace folder. Users should review and delete those folders manually if desired.
